Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase and use of MochiLaunch, operated by Devkonic GmbH("we", "us"). Full company details are in our Legal Notice. By buying a package you agree to them.

1. What we do

MochiLaunch is a done-for-you service, not software. You buy a one-time package, fill in an intake form, and we hand-pick directories that fit your product and submit it to each of them manually. You receive a submission report when we are done. We also sell Product Hunt launch management and paid promotion of a directory within our own list for 14 days.

2. What we cannot promise

The directories are independent third parties. We do not control them, and we cannot guarantee that any individual directory accepts your submission, how long it takes, or that a listing stays up. Some directories reject products, charge their own fees, or shut down. That is the nature of the service, and it is why we price by submissions made rather than listings won. We also do not control Google, Ahrefs or any AI assistant, and we make no promise about Domain Rating, search rankings or traffic.

3. Ordering and payment

Payment is a one-time charge, taken at checkout by Stripe. Prices are shown in US dollars; any applicable VAT is shown before you pay. There is no subscription and nothing renews. Your order is accepted once payment completes and we confirm it by email.

5. Refunds

Before we begin work on your package, email us and we will refund you in full. Once we have started, completed work is not refundable: the cost of a submission is our time, and it is spent whether or not the directory accepts.

We do not promise any particular Domain Rating, ranking or traffic outcome. Domain Rating is measured by Ahrefs, a third party, and depends on factors outside our control.

6. Right of withdrawal (consumers)

If you are a consumer in the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving a reason. To do so, tell us in a clear statement — an email to d@devkonic.com is enough. We will refund all payments within 14 days of being informed, using the payment method you used.

The right of withdrawal expires early once we have fully performed the service. Because we start work as soon as you submit the intake form, you expressly ask us to begin before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the service is fully performed. If you withdraw while we are part-way through, you owe a proportionate amount for the submissions already made.

7. Liability

We are liable without limit for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, and under the German Product Liability Act. For ordinary negligence we are liable only for breach of an obligation essential to the contract, and then only for foreseeable damage typical for this kind of contract, capped at the amount you paid us. We are not liable for lost profit, lost traffic or lost rankings.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms for new services or legal reasons. The version in force when you paid is the one that applies to your order.

9. Governing law

German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of your country of residence. If you are a merchant, the place of jurisdiction is Bad Heilbrunn.

We are neither willing nor obliged to take part in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
